£1.2m land could be 'gateway' for Whitchurch

A 12-acre commercial development could become the “gateway” to a north Shropshire town, commercial agents have claimed.

The £1.2 million prime commercial development land lies between Heath Road and the A41/A49 on the outskirts of Whitchurch.

The site is allocated as employment land, suitable for a wide range of commercial uses.

According to James Evans, from Halls Commercial in Shrewsbury, its location provides the added benefit of being a “potential gateway to the town of Whitchurch".

Sale of the land is being handled jointly by Mr Evans and his team at Halls Commercial and Sheffield agent Mark Jenkinson & Son.
