Man attacked by group in Telford is left with head injuries

A man has been left with head injuries after he was attacked by a group of four or five men while he was walking in Telford.

The man, who was in his 30s, was attacked as he walked along Grainger Drive from Wellington towards Leegomery at some time between 8.30pm and 9.30pm on Wednesday after an argument.

He has been left with head injuries.

It is not know which direction the men went in after the assault.

Anyone with information is asked to call West Mercia Police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 quoting incident number 046S of September 21.
