Three arrested in Telford drugs raids

Three people have been arrested after two drugs raids in Telford.

Police swooped on a property in Burford, Brookside yesterday morning. A sniffer dog was used to locate the drugs.

Officers tweeted: “We have executed a drugs warrant in Burford, Brookside, with the assistance of @4LeggedCops, TelfordPatrol, MadeleyCops, TheNedgeCops and WellingtonCops. Positive result two in custody.”

A second bust was carried out in Woodside, where one person was arrested. A quantity of what was believed to be Class A drugs was seized, as well as cash and associated items.

The team have assisted @TelfProactive this morning with a drugs warrant in Woodside. One person has been arrested and a quantity of believed Class A drugs, cash and associated items have been seized.
