Why are these folk at the Buttermarket in Shrewsbury not dancing? Well, it's because those nightclub days were yet to come. This picture was taken on Saturday, January 17, 1981, when about 150 people went along to the warehouse in Howard Street to view the progress of renovation work, with the architect, a Mr Arrol, explaining the plans.
