Comedies, music, dance and dramas are all being shown at Oakengates Theatre at The Place.

Following her successful show at Telford's Big Top, West Midland's favourite Doreen Tipton returns with her very own Big Top show on October 16 and 17.

She is followed by Roy Chubby Brown on November 1 and Hal Cruttenden on November 14.

On November 28, Tom Allen makes his debut appearance in Telford bringing with him his unique style of sharp wit and riotous storytelling.

Comdey favourites Nish Kumar, Jim Davidson, Stewart Francis and Gary Delaney are all confirmed for 2019.

As part of the birthday celebrations there will be an evening of vintage glamour and entertainment inspired by the swing era at The Electro Swing Ball on November 17.

This will include dance lessons, live music, and circus performers.

Written for a family audience, two showings of There Was An Old Lady Who Swallowed A Fly will be shown on October 7 and 8.

Music from all eras will be live on stage throughout this season with some of the top UK tribute acts.

Let's Hang On, who showcase the music of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons are just one of the bands set to play, along with The Alter Eagles, Bon Jovi Experience, Hendricks is Elvis and more.

For a more outlandish experience, The Ladyboys of Bangkok will be taking to the stage on October 31.
